I am in tremendous pain today.
Just feel awful.
My back is literally killing me today.
Hurts to move, to sit, to stand, to bend over and it is really bad if I try to lift anything.
I am at work only because we were told we are not allowed to take any time off due to the shortness in staff.
So here I am.
I can’t afford to take a day off and not get paid for it, so here I am.
I do think, I will have to go to the doctors though.
I need something more than ibuprofen

it just isn’t taking care of the pain
