My youngest grandchild is 2 today

My little caboose, my last grand child is growing up way too fast

I love her immensely and adore her quick mind

She brings so much joy to my life

People are putting things on Facebook that there is no coronavirus just the media trying to scare everyone???

I don’t understand their stupidity

My husband’s nephew died from the coronavirus at 39!

Elderly people are dropping like flies in nursing homes due to the coronavirus

How can people say it is all a hoax?

It almost makes me wish these stupid people would get the coronavirus so they can see how real it is

My God the stupidity from the president down is a virus all in itself

Lord please help them

I am very attracted to water.

It doesn’t even have to be the ocean, it could be a lake or pond.

I just love to be in and around water.

Granted I prefer the ocean but a lake or pond would work too.

Hell a swimming pool would work right now.

I just am drawn to water.

Sigh.

It is a cool rainy day out.
A bit humid so I put the a/c back on.
I think my husband thought it was unnecessary but since I am here all day and he isn’t, it is up to me.

And basically he generally leaves it up to me.

I have no plans except to work tonight at ten.

I often have days with no plans.

Rick watches the grandkids so I am home alone.

Not to say I am bored.

Because I am not.

I just find a lot of time on my hands.

I am watching “Counsel of Dads” a woman at work suggested it.

It is about a man who dies and leaves his wife with five kids and he hires these three men to step in and help and council his wife and kids.

It is a decent show.

Nothing wonderful but it is a family show

 

And life goes on….

Sure wish I was at the beach……………….

The weather is wonderful today

Just perfect weather

Low 80s with a breeze and no humidity

All the windows are open in the house and I so love the fresh air

I wish every day was like this weather wise

We got a wonderful thunderstorm earlier tonight

Just love listening to them and watching for lightening

It made it quite a bit cooler out too

Which makes me very happy

I have been sweating profusely tonight here at work because I had a chocolate candy bar before I came to work tonight

I am diabetic and I know I shouldn’t have had it

But I did anyway

So damn dumb on my part

I do know better

So yesterday afternoon I was thinking how great it would be to go to Florida for a week in September.

I even was very close to booking the airplane tickets and reserving a hotel room

And then I paused.

Oh yeah we are a world full of coronavirus.

We are not a healthy country.

Going to Florida might be one of the worst things to do right now.

And what fun would it be to go and not get to walk the beach because it is closed?
So I took pause, and changed my mind.

Sadly we won’t be going to Florida this year although I would love to.

Sigh.

The airline tickets were very cheap and the hotel rooms weren’t that bad either.

But alas…..not this year……

What to say today?

I am at work and it is 5 am

One more hour to go with nothing to do

I will answer call lights if needed but if no one calls then there is nothing to do

Sigh

 

Off tonight and then work Friday and Saturday nights

The job isn’t hard it is just being here

So ready for cooler temperatures so we can get rid of the humidity

I detest it

 

Still wishing I was rich
