I am back to not sleeping well.
I don’t understand it.
I honestly don’t.
One thing I am sure that is causing me lack of sleep is that my bed is so uncomfortable.
It is a sleep number bed but it isn’t working and I have some low spots and some hard spots.
And I can’t adjust it because it is just plain and simply too old.
I would like to get rid of it.
My recliner makes a great bed and I have slept in it the last two nights.
Then of course my brain has a problem with shutting off.
I was up past one am last night.
I have grandchildren tomorrow so I can’t sleep in tomorrow.
