Did my morning walk this morning.
Day two of the rest of my life is what I intend.
Of course I forgotย my pedometer so I don’t know for sure how many steps I took or how long it was.
It took me 25 minutes to do it.
I was sweating profusely when I got done.
Not because it was so hot out although the humidity is at 90%, but it is more that I am so very out of shape and that is why I was sweating so badly.
Ugh.
I still find it hard to believe that I let myself get so fat and out of shape.
But with help from God above I can get back into shape.
I would love to lose thirty pounds before the New Year, but I am going to just try to be more active and eat healthier…..cutting out sugar, and hopefully it will happen eventually.
Sigh,ย I did lose 3 pounds this last week.
So that is something at least…..
