After a long weekend going to Douglas Michigan we are now, back through Michigan, Indiana and Illinois to be home in Iowa.

It was a great time with wonderful company and a really pretty place to visit.

But you know there is just no place quite like home.

And I am happy to be here.

 

Unfortunately I have to go back to work on Tuesday.

Which stinks…..but since I have bills to pay I must go back to work.

Sigh.

No this isn’t Michigan but North Carolina a few months ago, but this is my eldest daughter Paula.

I love her so.

It was freezing cold but it was exceptionally beautiful~
