am I too dedicated?
Am I an idiot for coming into work ninety minutes early today to get the gym floor scrubbed?
I am off the next four days and there is a sing along later today and the gym floor gets to looking so awful if I don’t use the auto scrubber at least once a week to keep it clean.
But as I sit here, hot and sweaty and feeling rather tired, I am wondering am I too dedicated?
Or just an idiot?

It is finally here.
the long-awaited Friday
The day when my son and his wife sign the papers to buy their house.
the day where they will start moving and painting and get everything done tonight and tomorrow so they can stay there tomorrow night.
It seems like it has been a long time coming and I am glad and very happy for them that they are able to buy their own place.
it is a cute little place and I hope they have years of happiness there.

My weekend will consist of trying to get my house back into shape once they are all moved out.
It makes me tired just thinking about it now…..but I will be happy to do it when the time comes.
