Finally Friday!

Yippee! It is here.
Finally Friday.
My very favorite day of the week (unless I am on vacation)

I still have a sinus headache and I am still drinking my smoothies twice a day.
I know this will happen, I know I can lose weight just drinking smoothies twice a day but man does it take a long time to do it.

I actually got sick yesterday afternoon before supper because I was so hungry and having not eaten a thing except the smoothies and a small 90 calorie granola bar, I was sick from running on empty.

have to drink more water.
I keep telling myself that, but I keep forgetting or something because I just don’t get in as much as I should.

A busy weekend ahead……….

I am seriously thinking of giving up Facebook.

it is quite boring and people basically say the same thing day in and day out.
I know I am one of them.
it use to be more exciting when people would get on and share things, but even that had waned, like people writing blogs has.

maybe I just don’t have that interesting of a life and am not as busy as others are?
whatever the reason I am seriously thinking of just getting out of Facebook.

the people I love and want to talk to (with the exception of Paula) I do talk to.
So I don’t really need it………

weekend plans

so we are heading on to the weekend again.
I have a busy one planned.
first breakfast with my sister-in-law and her husband, then going to Wilton to see my eldest child whom I haven’t seen in over two years (I won’t lie, I am nervous about seeing her, and saying and or doing something that will upset her again, considering I don’t know what I did the first time to upset her and warrant no contact with her)

we will have my little man this weekend and I am quite sure he will take up a lot of my time.
I would like to go see a movie and also do grocery shopping.

they always go so dang fast and then Monday morning rolls around too quickly again.

Why can’t I be rich?

I am longing for the ocean, I wish I could hop on a plane right now and go back to Florida.
I love the warmth of the sun and the sounds of the ocean waves rolling in and out.

if only I was rich enough to have a home there, right on the beach.
then I could split my time between Iowa and Florida.
